Overview

Supports Regional Operations Managers, Cluster and Area Programme Managers, and Project Managers in delivering timely, compliant, and staff-centred Human Resource services across assigned regional and project locations. Provides day-to-day support in various HR functions.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day guidance on people-related matters.
  • Interpret and apply P&C policies, employment terms, procedures, and staff care standards.
  • Provide initial support on employee relations concerns and escalate cases.
  • Support annual workforce planning.
  • Coordinate recruitment logistics and interview documentation.
  • Facilitate structured onboarding and probation follow-up.
  • Manage internship and national service processes.
  • Coordinate the regional performance management calendar.
  • Coach managers and staff on performance documentation and contract processes.
  • Consolidate learning and development needs.
  • Track and report staff participation in training.
  • Coordinate leave administration.
  • Support staff wellbeing, social activities, and engagement initiatives.
  • Provide routine guidance on benefits and total rewards.
  • Support staff access to medical guidance and staff care resources.
  • Maintain employee files, P&C trackers, and Workday records.
  • Follow up on P&C field audit findings and risk mitigation actions.
  • Ensure safeguarding policy acknowledgements and training evidence are documented.
  • Support staff and managers in understanding safeguarding responsibilities.
  • Protect confidential employee information.
  • Prepare and submit P&C operations reports.
  • Support P&C planning meetings and implementation tracking.
  • Maintain organised P&C records, templates, and evidence files.
  • Build effective working relationships with staff and internal teams.
  • Liaise with external agencies on routine P&C matters.
  • Represent World Vision professionally.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for P&C meetings and events.
Required Experience

At least three (3) years of relevant experience in Human Resources or People & Culture, preferably in an NGO, project or multi-location operating environment. Experience supporting employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, staff wellbeing, HR reporting and compliance.

Qualifications

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, General Management, Social Sciences or a related field. Professional training or certification in HR management, employee relations, labour law, safeguarding, HRIS/Workday or project management is an advantage.

Working knowledge of French or relevant local languages is an advantage.
