Overview

Provide comprehensive support to the Communications Unit in managing, designing, and producing digital and audiovisual content, as well as formulating creative proposals and supporting visibility activities. The aim is to effectively position, document, and disseminate the impact of the World Food Programme's mandate in El Salvador.


Key Responsibilities
  • Generate, schedule, and publish dynamic and high-impact content for WFP El Salvador's official digital platforms and the Representative's institutional account.
  • Prepare monthly metric reports on social media performance to measure reach and engagement.
  • Propose innovative digital marketing ideas and participate in the design, development, and adaptation of global and regional campaigns for the Salvadoran context.
  • Collaborate in graphic design and in the pre-production, recording, and editing of institutional videos.
  • Provide support in covering official events and field visits by capturing high-quality audiovisual material, with availability for missions within the country.
  • Draft and edit institutional documents, notes, and informational materials in Spanish and English.
  • Perform translations between Spanish and English.
  • Assist in daily operational, administrative, and logistical processes of the Communications Unit.
  • Respond to and channel a variety of internal and external inquiries.
Required Experience

Graduated or graduated from graphic design, communications, or related fields. Experience in managing and generating content for social media (copys, posts, dynamics, campaigns, etc.).
