Consultant to provide training and curriculum development on cybercrime and Online Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (OCSEA) investigations in selected African francophone countries.
At least 4 years of relevant professional experience in leading cybercrime investigation, including the exploitation of digital evidence and/or technical expertise in evaluation of electronic devices is required. Experience in providing training to law-enforcement agencies and criminal justice authorities on cybercrime investigations is required. Experience in interacting with governmental agencies is desirable. Work experience in Africa is desirable. Additional relevant certification (i.e. cybercrime investigation, digital forensics, crypto assets investigation) is desirable.
An advanced university degree (Masters or equivalent) in computer science, telecom network, digital forensics, information technology, programming, cybersecurity, network security or similar subject is required. A first-level university degree in similar fields in combination with two additional years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.
