Support the planning, coordination, dissemination, and strategic visibility of communications and engagement outputs for intergenerational governance and participation initiatives.
4–6 years of professional experience in communications, public engagement, advocacy, or knowledge management, preferably within international development, climate, or youth-focused initiatives. Proven experience developing and implementing communications plans, dissemination strategies, and multichannel campaigns. Strong storytelling skills. Demonstrated experience producing a range of communications products. Experience coordinating communications across multiple stakeholders. Strong understanding of digital communications, audience engagement, and content dissemination strategies. Ability to document and synthesize insights from initiatives.
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Climate, Education, Research, Writing or another technical field relevant to the work of UNICEF. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media Studies, Journalism, Public Relations, Development Communication, International Development, Social Sciences, or a related field. Master’s degree in Communications, Development Communication, International Affairs, Public Policy, or a related field is an advantage.
