Overview
The role aims to establish an implementation team to ensure the National Contact Point has the necessary resources for the effective delivery of its key functions in implementing the European Child Guarantee in Ukraine.
Required Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in the following areas: public policy on child protection, social policy, and project management.
- Experience coordinating interagency or international projects, as well as experience preparing analytical materials and regulatory documents(provide examples of regulatory documents developed and approved).
- Demonstrated experience in the strategic management and coordination of projects/programmes, including planning, development of KPIs, monitoring of results and supervising team members.
- Demonstrated experience of interagency cooperation and coordinating work with central and local government authorities.
- Demonstrated experience of collaborating with international partners and donors.
- Skills and knowledge of drafting, analyzing, and supporting regulatory acts, as well as preparing proposals for legislative amendments.
Qualifications
Masters degree in Social Sciences, Social Work, Management and Administration, Law, International Relations, or a related field
