Overview
Provide technical and coordination support for the UN Joint Programme on Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn, Child and Adolescent Health (RMNCAH) in Lao PDR at the provincial level.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the focal point at provincial level.
- Facilitate coordination among government counterparts, UN agencies (WHO, UNICEF and UNFPA), and development partners.
- Support capacity-building activities.
- Conduct regular field monitoring to strengthen RMNCAH service delivery and implementation of the provincial RMNCAH plan.
Required Experience
At least three years of relevant experience in planning and coordinating health programs at provincial and/or district level, with a specific focus on reproductive, maternal and child health.
Qualifications
Bachelors in Public Health, medical sciences, community health or another relevant area including social sciences and social development.
