Overview
The Human Resources Intern will provide general administrative support to the Human Resources Unit in carrying out HR-related tasks, including local recruitment, administrative duties, and personnel file management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clerical assistance for Human Resources processes and activities.
- Assist in recruitment processes, including circulating vacancy announcements, interview arrangements, and candidate communication.
- Maintain orderly personnel files (electronic and hard copies).
- Assist in e-filing of personnel files in WAVE HCM.
- Support the organization of meetings, training, and HR events through logistical activities.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Experience
Less than two years of relevant working experience.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in the final academic year of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Industrial Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field; OR recent graduate (within one year of graduation) in any of the above disciplines.
