Key Responsibilities
- Compiling, formatting, and editing documents according to IMF style guidelines.
- Proofreading for clarity, accuracy, grammar, and adherence to institutional standards.
- Integrating charts, tables, figures, and statistical outputs into publications.
- Coordinating the internal review process of documents.
- Monitoring review mailboxes, distributing materials, and tracking deadlines.
- Organizing, formatting, and posting consolidated review comments.
- Managing official travel logistics, including travel authorizations and expense reports.
- Supporting the planning and delivery of seminars, workshops, and conferences.
- Maintaining accurate, well-organized electronic filing systems and retrieving documents.
- Managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating communications.
- Disseminating and reinforcing administrative policies and procedures.
- Providing first-line support to colleagues for Fund systems and office technologies.
- Troubleshooting basic issues and guiding staff through system processes.
Required Experience
2–5 years of administrative coordination experience.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree or a high school diploma with at least two years of relevant experience.
