Key Responsibilities
  • Compiling, formatting, and editing documents according to IMF style guidelines.
  • Proofreading for clarity, accuracy, grammar, and adherence to institutional standards.
  • Integrating charts, tables, figures, and statistical outputs into publications.
  • Coordinating the internal review process of documents.
  • Monitoring review mailboxes, distributing materials, and tracking deadlines.
  • Organizing, formatting, and posting consolidated review comments.
  • Managing official travel logistics, including travel authorizations and expense reports.
  • Supporting the planning and delivery of seminars, workshops, and conferences.
  • Maintaining accurate, well-organized electronic filing systems and retrieving documents.
  • Managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating communications.
  • Disseminating and reinforcing administrative policies and procedures.
  • Providing first-line support to colleagues for Fund systems and office technologies.
  • Troubleshooting basic issues and guiding staff through system processes.
Required Experience

2–5 years of administrative coordination experience.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree or a high school diploma with at least two years of relevant experience.

Exceptional English proofreading and document formatting ability, including working with style guides.
