Overview
The role supports the planning, implementation, and monitoring of multi-channel and multi-country communication campaigns, contributing to the analysis and steering of these campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the planning, implementation, and monitoring of multi-channel and multi-country communication campaigns.
- Assist in the day-to-day management of communication actions.
- Contribute to the analysis, assessment and steering of campaigns by other Commission services and Representations.
- Contributing to the preparation, evaluation, and administrative management of procurement procedures.
- Collaborating with external contractors, such as media and communication agencies, as well as research and evaluation partners.
- Supporting the campaign team in logistics, coordination, and briefings related to events and visibility actions.
- Ensuring administrative follow-up and document handling in compliance with internal procedures.
Required Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in the execution, delivery and evaluation of multi-channel, multi-country communication campaigns.
- Proven project management skills.
- Knowledge of financial and administrative procedures, including financial management and document management, would be an advantage.
- Strong teamwork skills.
Qualifications
Have a level of post-secondary education attested by a diploma OR a level of secondary education attested by a diploma giving access to post-secondary education, and appropriate professional experience of at least five years.
