Overview

Provide technical expertise and guidance on the implementation of the Methane Alert and Response System (MARS), contributing to the scale up of the system and delivering coordinated activities between technical teams.


Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a concept and design for the technical support system, followed by a coordinated pilot phase and a pilot report.
  • Coordinate snapshot, response-rate, reporting and notification cycles.
  • Develop and maintain a feedback-tracking process.
  • Progress and document standardization of key MARS processes and templates.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
Required Experience

A minimum of four years of relevant professional experience in environmental, climate or methane policy, or a related field is required.

Qualifications

Masters or Equivalent in law, political science, environmental studies, sustainability, environmental or climate policy or a related field.

Fluency in oral and written English.
Languages Preferred
Knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
