Overview
International consultant to review and deliver training modules on ICT pedagogy for mentor teachers in Uzbekistan, focusing on integrating ICT and AI tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and provide feedback on training module descriptions and session outlines.
- Participate in online coordination and orientation sessions.
- Deliver 10-day training modules for selected mentor groups.
- Facilitate active, learner-centred sessions using adult-education methodologies.
- Provide feedback and reflection notes after each training round.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of training materials and methodologies.
- Support the documentation and monitoring and evaluation process.
Required Experience
Minimum ten years of professional experience in adult education or teacher training. At least three years of direct experience as a trainer or facilitator. Proven experience with ICT and digital learning. Experience in Central Asia education systems is an asset.
Qualifications
Advanced degree in education, digital technologies, natural sciences, or a related field.
