Overview
Consultant to support the implementation of a social work project by preparing budget breakdowns and physical and financial schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare budget breakdown and physical and financial schedule for social work activities.
- Participate in technical alignment meetings.
- Ensure compliance with UN-Habitat quality standards and project requirements.
- Complete indicated courses and training activities.
- Ensure adoption of ethical principles.
- Maintain an orderly and accessible information file system.
Required Experience
- Minimum of six (6) years of experience in coordination of social work, technical assistance or advisory initiatives for slum upgrading plans or projects in Brazil.
- Previous experience in preparing budgets and physical-financial schedules for Social Work Planning (Projeto de Trabalho Social - PTS) in slum upgrading plans or projects in Brazil.
- Previous experience within or with the United Nations System is desirable.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Social Sciences or related fields is required.
- Postgraduate degree in Social Work, Social Sciences or related fields is required, or additional four (4) years of relevant experience to the post, beyond the requirement.
