Overview
This role involves conducting an independent final evaluation of a project focused on promoting and protecting human rights for peacebuilding in Guinea. The purpose is to assess the project's results and contribution to peacebuilding, conflict prevention, and the rule of law.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce a inception report/scoping note.
- Deliver a preliminary results presentation and a first draft of the project report.
- Submit the final evaluation report, preceded by a presentation of final results, and accompanied by an English summary, a lessons learned document, and a web article for the PBF.
Required Experience
Experience in evaluations, a strong understanding of peacebuilding, transitional justice, national reconciliation, and human rights issues, as well as the integration of human rights and gender issues, and knowledge of the country.
