Overview

The Digital Impact Officer will carry out broad ICT functions to enable the provision of ICT solutions and services, assisting in the delivery of results in the office.

Key Responsibilities

• Enable continuous operation of ICT infrastructure and accessibility to ICT solutions and services
• Provide help, support and assist with capacity building and knowledge management
• Support operational and administrative tasks
• Assist in the delivery of results

Required Experience

At least 2 years of relevant work experience in Information Communication Technology, Information Technology, ICT infrastructure management, Network administration, Information security, Telecommunications, Disaster recovery, Business continuity, Capacity building, ICT Project management, Vendor management, or another related field is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (first-level university degree) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computing/Information Tech, Information Technology, Information security, Business Administration, Telecommunications, or another related field is required.
