Overview
This role involves providing financial solutions and expertise in support of infrastructure investments, focusing on developing, structuring, and implementing project pipelines and transactions to mobilize private capital.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on the development and implementation of private investments for sustainable development in infrastructure, with a focus on private sector financing and climate transitions.
- Support the expansion of project pipelines, including identification of opportunities and relationship management with clients.
- Support specialists during preparation, structuring, negotiation, closing, and monitoring of transactions.
- Conduct due diligence for infrastructure finance operations, focusing on financial analysis and structuring solutions.
- Develop and lead conceptualization of marketing materials, documentation, and knowledge products.
Required Experience
- A minimum of five years of professional relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A background in investment and development banking with demonstrated experience in working with private sector projects and governments.
Qualifications
Master’s degree (e.g., in finance, international business, public policy or related field).
