Support the delivery of professional and client-focused Performance Management and Learning & Development portfolios, partnering with managers to implement HR solutions aligned with WFP corporate priorities.
Total relevant 5 years of experience including 1 year of postgraduate professional experience in Human Resources with an interest in international humanitarian development. Desired experiences include responding to standard, ad-hoc HR enquiries; providing coaching or training to new staff members; and providing administrative and systems support across multiple activities including training support, performance management and policy implementation within a country office environment.
Advanced university degree in Human Resource Management, Public or Business Administration, Industrial Psychology or other relevant field, or First University degree with additional three years of related work experience or trainings/courses.
