Overview
External Evaluator Consultant to examine the higher-level results of the FAIR-VALUE project, facilitate learning, and promote accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and submit an Inception Report detailing evaluation approach, methodology, work plan, and data collection instruments.
- Submit a first draft of the Evaluation Report, supported by annexes.
- Present initial findings to the Evaluation Management Group (EMG) and Evaluation Reference Group (ERG).
- Submit a final Evaluation Report incorporating feedback.
- Present key findings from the final evaluation report.
- Submit an evaluation brief.
- Submit a partially filled-out Management Response Matrix.
Required Experience
Minimum of five years of experience leading and conducting evaluations is required. Knowledge/experience of UN system is desirable. Understanding of BARMM and BaSulTa context is an advantage. Experience in community stabilization and development projects is preferred.
Qualifications
Advanced degree in a relevant field such as social sciences or statistics is required.
