The Strategic Management Analyst is responsible for the Management Support Unit, focusing on resource mobilization, strategic partnerships, programme monitoring, information systems, knowledge management, project alignment, and strategic communications.
Minimum of 2 years (with master’s degree) or 4 years (with bachelor’s degree) of relevant experience in international development issues. Good knowledge of UNDP programming or strategic tools for planning, monitoring. Work experience in UNDP and demonstrated knowledge of UNDP policies and procedures will be an asset. Experience in inter-agency work will be an asset. Experience in leading the implementation of global and/or regional corporate initiatives will be an advantage. Experience in the use of computers, office software packages, database packages, and web-based management systems.
Advanced university degree (master's degree or equivalent) in Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, Political Sciences, Social Sciences, or related field is required or A first-level university degree (bachelor’s degree) in combination with an additional two years of qualifying experience.
