Overview
Support the implementation, monitoring, and reporting of programme activities for the UN Women Morocco Country Office's "Support to gender equality in Morocco" project.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, organization and monitoring of programmatic activities;
- Provide programmatic support in the preparation of programmatic work plans, budgets, and project/programme proposals;
- Support the monitoring of the achievement of programme results and the collection of information;
- Support effective coordination of institutional partners, civil society, and the United Nations system;
- Support the preparation of high-level meetings and meetings, consultations, and any other national or regional events;
- Identify sources and gather and compile data and information for the preparation of documents, guidelines, speeches and position papers;
- Undertake all logistical, administrative and financial arrangements for organization for meetings, workshops, events, and missions;
- Support the preparation, consolidation, and maintenance of programme and financial information, including activity tracking matrices, financial monitoring tables, basic dashboards, and contribute to the preparation of periodic programme and financial reports;
- Create projects in Quantum system, prepare budget revisions, revise project awards and status; and determine unutilized funds and the operational and financial close of a project.
Required Experience
3 years of professional work experience at the national and/or international level in programme development management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in International development, international relations, political sciences; economics, or equivalent.
