Overview
Support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of project activities, including administrative and financial management.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of project activities;
- Provide administrative support in the preparation of project work plans, budgets, and proposals;
- Support the financial management of projects through budget monitoring, expenditure tracking, analysis of budget utilization, and preparation of financial reports;
- Create projects in Quantum system; prepare budget revisions; revise project awards; and support the identification of unutilized funds and the operational and financial closure of the project;
- Create invoices and requisitions in the Quantum system for development projects;
- Register good receipts in the Quantum system.
- Undertake all logistical, administrative and financial arrangements for the organization of meetings, consultations, and any other national or regional events;
- Perform other duties within their functional profile as deemed necessary for the efficient functioning of the Office and the Organization.
Required Experience
3 years of professional work experience at the national and/or international level in human rights development programmes and in financial management processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in International development, international relations, economics; finance or equivalent.
