Overview
Assists beneficiary Member Countries in deploying I-24/7 products and services to national law enforcement entities. Acts as a liaison between project teams and IS teams, playing a pivotal role in the technical implementation and deployment of I-24/7 services.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote all services available on I-24/7 to countries in the region.
- Develop and provide comprehensive IT project plans and schedules.
- Participate in the procurement process by evaluating bids.
- Develop and implement a sustainable strategic deployment plan.
- Study issues related to the deployment of the I-24/7 system and provide recommendations.
- Work daily with the Business Project Manager for planning.
- Establish close working relationships with member countries and provide guidance on I-24/7 expansions.
- Ensure technical guidelines and business prerequisites are met prior to Go-Live.
- Execute or oversee acceptance testing.
- Monitor, report, and coordinate the technical aspects of I-24/7 system deployment.
- Consult and work on possible adjustments to I-24/7 expansion policies.
- Consolidate and provide comprehensive progress reports.
- Utilize and leverage Project Management and Business Intelligence tools.
- Conduct in-depth analysis and prepare detailed reports on deployment progress.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Required Experience
- At least three years in the area in question.
- Where necessary, management experience.
- Experience in coordinating and collaborating with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Familiarity with INTERPOL or similar international organizations and their operational frameworks is a plus.
Qualifications
• Three years’ education at a University or other specialized higher education establishment.
