Overview
The ICT Senior Analyst - Solution Design will analyze, design, develop, and deploy comprehensive IT solutions to automate and optimize key administrative processes, including Procurement, Contract Management, Finance, Planning, Programmatic Monitoring, Communications, and Quality Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and document functional requirements.
- Develop IT programs and tools for web, mobile, or desktop deployment.
- Provide IT technical support for project activities.
- Train internal and external users on developed systems.
- Design and develop user interfaces for data entry.
- Maintain and support project IT programs.
- Optimize programming code.
- Integrate IT programs with other UNOPS platforms.
- Utilize DevOps framework for program development.
- Ensure source code versions using cloud repositories.
- Develop tools for information system integration.
- Ensure developed products comply with IT security standards.
- Design and prepare training materials, user manuals, and quick reference guides.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute training sessions.
- Provide support and resolve operational queries during deployment.
- Gather user feedback for system improvement.
Required Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience (or more, depending on academic studies) in transactional application development in Javascript (ReactJS), Node JS, and PostgreSQL, focused on contract management, purchase orders, delivery orders, and related services, preferably for medical equipment.
- Experience in designing and developing IT solutions for monitoring and tracking operational management processes.
- Experience in designing, modeling, and constructing relational databases ensuring information consistency and coherence.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics Engineering, Information Technology, Systems Administration, or a related field, combined with two (2) years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree in the aforementioned areas, combined with four (4) years of relevant experience.
