Overview
This role is responsible for executing strategies to expand UNICEF's supporter base by leading the development and implementation of acquisition campaigns, with a primary focus on digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and implement strategies to grow the organization's donor base.
- Oversee multi-channel donor acquisition campaigns.
- Analyse acquisition data and test results.
- Develop an acquisition budget.
- Lead the donor acquisition team.
- Manage relationships and projects with external agencies.
- Support the development of investment plans and business cases.
- Provide technical expertise in donor acquisition tools and techniques.
- Collaborate across teams on audience strategy and aligning donor acquisition efforts.
Required Experience
A minimum of two years of progressively responsible work experience in fundraising or the private sector, with a focus on donor or customer acquisition, and a proven track record of successful donor or customer acquisition initiatives, including at least two years leading and managing an acquisition team.
Qualifications
A first level university degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is required. Additional training in a related field is an asset.
