Overview
The Field Manager (FM) – NTB will be responsible for program growth and implementation of grant-funded projects in NTB, ensuring alignment with Plan Indonesia Country Strategy 5 (CS5) program objectives. The role oversees project managers/coordinators and is accountable for annual project design, review, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of grant projects and identify opportunities to grow the program.
- Provide oversight and technical inputs to project implementation, including financial management and risk mitigation.
- Lead advocacy and influencing efforts related to the program's thematic area.
- Oversee the development and submission of high-quality reports and knowledge products.
- Establish and manage partnerships, and ensure adherence to safeguarding policies.
Required Experience
- At least 7 years of experience in development work.
- 3 years of which were in a supervisory/managerial capacity, preferably in an international NGO.
- Hands-on experience in participatory approaches.
- At least 3 years of successful experience in community development management.
Qualifications
• Bachelor degree (master degree is preferable) on social/community development, sociology, village development, and other related fields.
