Overview
The World Economic Forum is seeking a Senior Financial Planner & Business Partner to provide management reporting and decision support for the Financial Planning, Performance & Partnering function and internal customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Forum Centres and functions to develop and implement financial strategies and plans.
- Drive continuous improvement of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Contribute to the review and development of systems strategy for planning and forecasting tools.
- Contribute to monthly Managing Board reports, Audit & Risk Committee reports, and Board of Trustees reports.
- Provide variance analysis and reporting to budget owners and internal stakeholders.
- Partner with key stakeholders across Forum Centres and functions.
- Encourage the use of financial technologies and innovative solutions.
- Contribute to a positive team culture and enhance customer-focused behaviours.
Required Experience
- 10+ years of professional experience in financial planning, performance, and business partnering.
- Preferably in a global company with international exposure.
- Demonstrated track record in Financial Business Partnering, providing consistent and clear support and guidance to business stakeholders, promoting process excellence, and implementing continuous improvement practices.
Qualifications
- Degree certificate in a relevant field.
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
