Overview

This position will lead the adoption and effective use of the Forum's core digital and AI-enabled products across internal teams and external users, while continuously identifying opportunities to streamline workflows through practical automation.


Key Responsibilities
  • Drive adoption of core digital and AI products by enabling users through practical, use-case-based change management, including targeted sessions, clear guidance, and self-service resources.
  • Actively manage a community of internal AI champions to drive innovation and foster cross-functional adoption.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for user questions and feedback, ensuring efficient adoption and continuous improvement of the user experience.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify repetitive tasks by building lightweight workflows and digital agents, while guiding users to develop their own automation.
Required Experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Technology and Digital Enablement, with recent focus on AI products and solutions.
  • Proven experience in digital adoption, user enablement, and cross-functional collaboration, with a consistent focus on practical impact.
  • Proven ability to analyze, redesign, and improve business workflows
  • Advanced hands-on expertise with AI tools to design agents and streamline workflows.
  • Deep familiarity with platforms such as Slack, Salesforce, Custom GPTs, and Claude, with the ability to optimize usage and drive scalable adoption.
  • Active tracking of emerging trends and new products in technology, with proven experience enhancing existing workflows and products accordingly.
Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced university degree in a technical or other relevant field

Remuneration
