The role strengthens quality assurance capability within GSSC by conducting risk-based assurance and analyzing control, process, data, and service signals to support clear assurance judgments and practical recommendations.
A minimum of seven (7) years of relevant work experience in quality assurance, data analytics, audit or any relevant field is required. A completed university degree from an accredited institution will be counted as 4 years’ experience. Experience in assurance/compliance/controls, quality reviews, audit, risk analysis, or closely related work is required. Strong analytical skills including data extraction, cleaning and reporting; experience using data-analytics tools is required. A completed university degree in Accounting/Finance is an asset and may be counted toward the minimum work experience requirements. Desirable: Knowledge of GSSC operations and processes. Experience working with enterprise systems and reporting (e.g., VISION/SAP). Experience designing or executing risk-based assurance work and producing evidence-based assurance conclusions. Relevant certifications (e.g., internal audit, IS audit, fraud risk, quality/continuous improvement). Experience in shared services and/or a development organization.
Completion of secondary education is required. Professional and/or university courses related to the field of work are highly desirable.
