Overview
The Administrative Associate provides specialized and procedural support across budget monitoring, procurement, travel, and logistics for UNICEF’s Asia Pacific Regional Office. The role ensures timely and accurate execution of administrative tasks to enable other teams to focus on delivering results for children.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring budgets and financial expenditures
- Supporting office planning and project management
- Facilitating procurement and contract processing
- Managing communications, meetings, and correspondence
- Organizing events and logistical arrangements
- Providing travel assistance and maintaining travel records
- Processing invoices and maintaining supply inventories
- Supporting general office operations
Required Experience
A minimum of 6 years of relevant administrative or clerical work experience, including experience in financial administration and budget management, is required.
Qualifications
Completion of secondary education is required, preferably supplemented by technical or university courses related to the field of work.
