Overview
Assists in planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating advocacy and communication strategies to bring children’s and women’s issues into the public domain, strengthen political will in support of UNICEF's mission and objectives, and enhance the organization’s credibility and brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the production of multimedia content
- Management of social media platforms
- Donor visibility and digital fundraising initiatives
- Communication branding for events and campaigns
- Contributes to monitoring and evaluation of communication activities including during emergencies
Required Experience
- 1 year of relevant work experience in communication, multimedia production, digital media or social media management.
- Relevant experience at country level, particularly in development, fragile settings and humanitarian contexts.
Qualifications
• Bachelor or equivalent (First Level University Degree) in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations/Communication, or a related field.
