This role involves significant responsibilities in data analysis, budget tracking, reporting, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective programme delivery and compliance with organizational policies.
A minimum of six years of administrative or clerical work experience is required. A bachelor’s degree from a recognized academic institution in a field relevant to the position may replace three years of related work experience. A master’s degree may replace an additional two years. Prior experience in programme support functions is an asset. Relevant experience in a UN system agency or organization is considered as an asset. Relevant experience at country level, particularly in development, fragile settings and humanitarian contexts.
Completion of secondary education is required, preferably supplemented by technical or university courses related to the work of the organization.
