Overview

Provide administrative support to assigned supervisors and operational teams within the World Bank, assisting with project reports, event planning, travel arrangements, and document management.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to supervisors and work collaboratively with team members.
  • Support operational teams with inputs for Implementation Status and Results Report and Implementation Completion and Results Report.
  • Produce complex text, reports, graphs, and presentations using word processing and excel.
  • Assist in preparation and logistical planning for events, conferences, workshops, and meetings.
  • Assist with Travel Requests and Statement of expenditures (SOEs).
  • Organize and maintain an electronic filing system.
  • Retrieve, gather, and obtain information from various sources and transfer it in a usable format.
  • Update mission schedules, monitor changes, and communicate necessary information.
  • Compile reports, presentations, and project-related documentation.
  • Maintain current distribution lists and phone addresses of key contacts.
  • Assist in drafting, editing, and finalizing correspondence, memos, letters, faxes, and reports.
  • Provide back-up support to other ACS staff.
  • Download Trust Fund reports using Bank’s portal and SAP.
  • Undertake other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience in an international/multinational organization or equivalent combination of education and experience.
