Overview
The ERP Oracle Functional and Technical (HR and Payroll) consultant will provide technical expertise and advice for the HR and Payroll areas within the AIPS Management Section.
Key Responsibilities
- - Provide expert technical advice on integrations and interfaces.
- - Development of CEMLI using Oracle technologies.
- - Plan and execute test activities for CEMLI components.
- - Lead the deployment of CEMLI components to the production environment.
- - Provide advanced analysis and resolution of technical issues.
- - Document CEMLI components and provide technical assistance.
- - Collaborate with the business team to test technical components.
Required Experience
- A minimum of five years of relevant working experience with Oracle Human Resources (HCM) and Oracle Payroll
- Good understanding of requirements in the international public sector
- Ten years of experience as Oracle PLSQL developer
- Development experience in Building: Reports, Workflows, Conversions, Extensions
- Experience in AOL, XML Publisher
- ODI technology experience is an added advantage
- Familiarity with ITIL
- Knowledge with Oracle Fusion Cloud Apps would be an asset
Qualifications
- University degree in a relevant field.
- Accredited certification in Project Management such as PMP or Prince2 is an asset (desirable)
