Overview
Support FAO's International Day of Potato Campaign by designing promotional materials for supermarkets and public awareness activities. The aim is to raise awareness of potato-related knowledge and sustainable food systems through visually engaging communication materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect information on campaign background, target audience, branding guidelines, and design requirements;
- Design digital cards, posters, and display materials for use in supermarkets and promotional display areas;
- Adapt FAO-provided content into visually appealing materials suitable for display and printing;
- Create draft designs and revise them based on feedback from Communications team;
- Prepare final design files suitable for both digital use and print production;
- Work efficiently under a tight timeline.
Required Experience
- Strong visual design skills, with proven experience in poster/card/social media or print material design;
- Good sense of layout, typography and visual hierarchy;
- Ability to follow FAO’s institutional branding requirements;
- Proficiency in common design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva or equivalent platforms;
- Responsiveness and reliability under short deadlines.
