Overview
Conduct research and compile global and regional best practices related to governance systems, institutional structures, accountability mechanisms, operational policies, and organizational management approaches relevant to youth platforms and programme structures.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct desk research on governance best practices and institutional models relevant to programme platforms and organizational structures.
- Review governance frameworks, operational systems, and accountability approaches used by similar initiatives, organizations, and networks.
- Identify and document best practices related to governance structures, coordination mechanisms, roles and responsibilities frameworks, accountability and reporting systems, operational policies and procedures, decision-making and oversight mechanisms, and organizational sustainability approaches.
- Compile findings into concise summaries, presentations, and briefing materials.
- Support benchmarking and comparative analysis exercises.
- Organize and catalogue governance-related resources, tools, and reference materials.
- Provide recommendations and insights based on research findings to support governance strengthening efforts.
Required Experience
- Interest in youth development, education, community engagement, or social innovation.
- Experience in online research, report writing.
