Overview
The Intern – Human Resources will assist and provide support in the administrative processes to the Regional Human Resources Unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clerical assistance for the smooth running of Human Resources processes and activities.
- Maintain orderly and up-to-date personnel files and related documentation.
- Support the development and continuous improvement of the onboarding platform.
- Provide general assistance in recruitment processes.
- Support the organization of meetings, training activities and other Human Resources events.
Required Experience
- Less than two years of relevant working experience.
- Experience in maintaining and updating databases is an asset.
- Experience in preparing reports and meeting minutes is an asset.
- Experience with SharePoint is an advantage.
Qualifications
- Applicants must satisfy one of the following educational criteria:
- Enrolled in the final academic year of a first university degree programme (minimum Bachelor’s level or equivalent) in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Psychology, Business Administration or related field from an accredited institution; or,
- Be enrolled in a graduate school programme (second university degree or equivalent, or higher) or graduated within the last 12 months with a Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Psychology, Business Administration or related field from an accredited institution.
