The Programme Analyst, Quality Assurance contributes to ensuring UNFPA's programmes align with strategic plan priorities and adhere to quality standards. The role supports results planning, monitoring, and reporting, and prepares guidelines and tools for programme development and review processes.
At least two years of relevant experience, preferably in international development, public health, or other related fields; prior experience at regional or country level is an asset; Experience in data management, statistical analysis and quality assurance; Demonstrable expertise in qualitative and quantitative data analysis; application of AI and digital solutions, monitoring and evaluation and organizational skills are a plus.
Advanced university degree (master's or higher); preferably in international relations, social sciences, international development, information management, data science, computer science, artificial intelligence, demography, sociology, political science, development studies, public health, public policy, gender, law, human rights, and/or related disciplines.
