Overview
The M&E Officer will establish and strengthen monitoring and learning systems to improve implementation quality. The role is responsible for data collection, management, analysis, and reporting, as well as supporting research and assessments.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure appropriate monitoring and learning processes are in place and functioning well.
- Facilitate information reflection and recommendations with project team and community.
- Build capacity of Project Staffs, Barangay health workers, data entry clerk or local stakeholders.
- Lead data analysis process on SPSS or other software.
- Analyze and produce timely, consolidated reports for project management team.
- Support other DME tasks, such as assessment, design, evaluation, and semi/annual report.
- Support Project Manager to produce high-quality reports to the donor and FO.
- Document success stories, publish promotional materials and share them.
- Document all activities reports and achievement evidence.
Required Experience
- At least 3 year experience in program/project planning and/or design, monitoring, and evaluation.
- Demonstrated competency in implementing assessments/evaluations, including designing assessment/evaluation, methodology, data collection and analysis tools, managing data collection in the field and analysing data.
- Previous experience in delivering training.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree of development management, social science or related fields.
- Degree or training in monitoring & evaluation, or program/project planning.
