Overview
The M&E Officer will establish and strengthen monitoring and learning systems to improve implementation quality. The role is responsible for data collection, management, analysis, and reporting, as well as supporting research and assessments.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure appropriate monitoring and learning processes are in place and functioning well.
- Facilitate information reflection and recommendations with project teams and communities.
- Provide capacity building for Project Staffs, Barangay health workers, data entry clerks, or local stakeholders.
- Lead data analysis processes using SPSS or other software.
- Analyze and produce timely, consolidated reports on project progress and recommendations.
- Support other DME tasks, including assessments, design, evaluation, and semi/annual reports.
- Support Project Manager in producing high-quality reports for donors and FO.
- Document success stories, publish promotional materials, and share them.
- Document all activity reports and achievement evidence.
Required Experience
- At least 3 year experience in program/project planning and/or design, monitoring, and evaluation.
- Demonstrated competency in implementing assessments/evaluations, including designing assessment/evaluation methodology, data collection and analysis tools, managing data collection in the field and analysing data.
- Previous experience in delivering training.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree of development management, social science or related fields.
- Degree or training in monitoring & evaluation, or program/project planning.
