Strengthen Uganda’s community health system by designing and implementing interoperability between the Community Health Worker Registry (CHWR) and the Electronic Community Health Information System (eCHIS).
Develop APIs, data pipelines, and analytics dashboards to improve data accuracy, accessibility, and use for decision-making. Support system testing, deployment, and capacity building for national stakeholders.
Minimum 5–7 years in digital health systems. Proven experience in health system interoperability and API development. Experience with DHIS2 and data warehouse integration. Familiarity with HL7 FHIR, OpenHIE, and open-source platforms (e.g., CHT, OpenSRP).
Masters and degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Health Informatics, Software Engineering
