Overview
The Human Resources Associate, E provides HR services, assisting the HR Specialist in the administration of complementary personnel profiles and recruitment activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Supports data management, review, research, and archiving of complementary personnel files.
- Assists with data management for the Junior Professional Officer (JPO) Programme, including data cleansing and entry.
- Reviews HR data and transactions in the Human Resources Information system, monitors and reports on HR statistics.
- Develops, maintains, and updates databases or spreadsheets and prepares statistical reports.
- Assists in recruitment services, including preparing Job Openings, screening applicants, and coordinating administrative arrangements.
- Researches and analyzes information for HR actions and prepares summaries.
- Responds to and drafts responses to correspondence and queries.
- Coordinates with other Units and Departments on HR functions.
- Prepares regular and ad-hoc reports, including basic translation from Arabic to English and vice versa.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Experience
At least two years of relevant experience in human resources management in governmental, international or medium/large commercial organization, including relevant experience in recruitment is required. Experience and knowledge of standard computer applications, HR systems, Dashboards and MS Excel is required.
Qualifications
A university degree in human resources management, psychology, public or business administration or in a related behavioural science field.
