Overview
Lead field-level implementation of Reproductive, Maternal, New-born and Child Health (RMNCH) activities and ensure quality RMNCH service delivery. Coordinate RMNCH and IYCF activities with relevant Government Directorates and other organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead field level implementation of RMNCH activities.
- Ensure quality RMNCH service delivery through integrated Health Facilities.
- Coordinate RMNCH and IYCF activities with relevant Government Directorates, BPHS and INGO/NGOs.
- Attend RMNCH committee meetings and adjust activities.
- Undertake supportive supervision and provide on-the-job coaching and training.
- Conduct needs assessments and organize capacity building plans.
- Collect RMNCH data for analysis and submission.
- Identify and report medical or administrative problems.
- Meet with beneficiary communities and leaders.
- Facilitate RMNCH training to project staff.
- Work with Save the Children program teams to develop materials.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
- Ensure beneficiaries receive information about Child Safeguarding Policy and Code of Conduct.
- Report any Child Safeguard and/or PSEA cases.
Required Experience
- Two years of experience in health and nutrition project management.
- Previous experience of working in RMNCH and IYCF projects at least for 2 years.
- Familiarity with HMIS/Nutrition online databases of MoPH will be an asset.
- Good knowledge and experience of Project Management skill including basic administration and management.
- Good knowledge and experience of Health and nutrition training delivery.
- A thorough understanding of project cycle management, especially M&E processes, and reporting.
