Overview
The consultant will conduct the 2026 country analysis and support the strategic consultation process for the preparation of the new Cooperation Framework for Sustainable Development (2028-2032).
Key Responsibilities
- Produce a country analysis inception report and a provisional country analysis report including updated thematic notes (30%);
- Produce a final country analysis report, an inception report for the support mission for the framework plan, and a provisional consultation report (40%);
- Produce a final report: analytical synthesis following consultations (30%).
Required Experience
- 7 years of professional experience in economic analysis, public policy design, and development are required;
- Specific experience in developing documents such as Country Analysis; Cooperation Framework for Sustainable Development; Systemic or multidimensional analysis is required;
- Skills in facilitating multi-stakeholder processes, strategic writing are required;
- Good knowledge of the SDGs and Agenda 2030 is required.
Qualifications
- An advanced university degree (Master's or equivalent) in economic analysis, public policy design, development, or related fields is required.
- A first university degree, combined with two (2) additional years of relevant professional experience, may be accepted as equivalent to a Master's degree.
