Overview

Contribute to the development of minimum and extended standards for services for foreign nationals, focusing on career counselling and employment services.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare an analytical review of existing standards, tools, and methodologies related to career counselling and employment services for foreign nationals.
• Develop recommendations concerning career counselling and employment services for foreign nationals within Public Employment Services (PES).
• Prepare the section of the standard concerning career counselling and employment services for foreign nationals, incorporating feedback.

Required Experience

At least 5 years of professional experience in labour market integration activities, including a minimum of 3 years of experience as a career counsellor. Proven experience in career counselling with a specialization in working with foreign clients. Experience in cooperation with relevant ministries, labour market institutions, PES, employers, universities, and non-governmental organizations. Knowledge of regulations governing the functioning of PES and the scope of services provided by PES. Experience working within PES structures will be considered an asset.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in social sciences, career counselling, or a related field.
