Overview
Provide administrative, logistical, and operational support to Recovery and Solutions unit activities, assisting with coordination, documentation, and routine follow-up of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing administrative and financial documents.
- Support the organization of meetings, workshops, trainings, and events.
- Assist in preparing, compiling, and filing documentation related to service providers and implementing partners.
- Support routine follow-up with Logistics/Procurement and Finance units.
- Assist in data collection, basic information gathering, and documentation for activities.
- Provide support in translating routine documents and communications between English and Arabic.
- Support the maintenance of tracking tools, templates, and basic project monitoring files.
- Undertake duty travel to support field activities, as required.
Required Experience
- High school diploma with four years of relevant experience; or, Bachelor’s degree with two years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience providing administrative and financial support to projects.
- Experience supporting project implementation through documentation, record-keeping, filing, and routine follow-up.
- Experience assisting with the organization of meetings, workshops, trainings, and field activities.
- Experience supporting data collection, basic data entry, and maintenance of beneficiary or activity records.
- Prior experience working in an operational or administrative support role within an international organization, UN agency, NGO, or similar setting is an advantage.
Qualifications
High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields from an accredited institution.
