Analysing existing legal frameworks, service standards and solutions used within Public Employment Services (PES) in relation to the provision of services for foreign clients. The role involves a systematic review of current tools, procedures, and practices in order to assess their effectiveness and consistency.
At least 5 years of experience in conducting analytical research and reviews in the areas of the labour market, integration of foreigners into the labour market, the role of labour market institutions, as well as legal frameworks and public policies in this field. Research experience related to the functioning of Public Employment Services (PES) and their role in the integration of foreigners will be considered an asset. Documented experience in data analysis and in preparing analytical reports based on conducted research and diagnostic studies. Demonstrated knowledge of issues related to the provision of services to foreign nationals.
Master’s degree in social sciences, career counselling, or a related field.
