Overview

Support PCCP in strengthening its training and data management systems through research, analysis, and documentation, focusing on IT solution development and data management analysis.


Key Responsibilities
  • Review existing data collection processes, databases, reporting systems, and workflows related to seizure and interception data.
  • Map key data flows and identify gaps or inefficiencies.
  • Conduct a two-pages-long assessment document of PCCP’s existing seizure and interception data collection processes, databases, reporting systems, workflows, and information management practices.
  • Provide recommendations on data governance, reporting, and analytics improvements aligned with UN standards in the form of a report (5 pages).
Required Experience

Degree or ongoing studies in law, social sciences, information systems, data science, computer science, or related fields. Experience or academic background in research, data analysis, or systems analysis. Understanding of data management, digital systems, or IT solutions is an asset. Strong analytical and writing skills with attention to detail. Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources into structured reports.
