Overview

Support UNODC in strengthening its training and data management systems through research, analysis, and documentation, focusing on IT solution development and data management analysis.


Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct a desk-based needs assessment (2 pages) for a potential IT platform supporting PCCP’s training and capacity-building functions.
  • Review existing materials on training curricula, planning processes, evaluation systems, and expert/trainer management.
  • Identify gaps, requirements, and key considerations for system development.
  • Support analysis of technical and functional requirements, including interoperability considerations with UNODC systems.
  • Develop high-level recommendations for system improvement based on desk review.
  • Deliver a two-pages-long needs assessment document for an IT platform solution.
  • Deliver a five-pages-long report with recommendations advising PCCP management on an IT platform solution.
Required Experience
  • Experience or academic background in research, data analysis, or systems analysis.
  • Understanding of data management, digital systems, or IT solutions is an asset.
Qualifications

Degree or ongoing studies in law, social sciences, information systems, data science, computer science, or related fields.
