Overview
The Information Management Manager will manage IRC's data, analysis, and reporting functions, ensuring timely and secure information flows between communities and decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update digital tools for community data, central database, and CRM tool.
- Develop and apply standard data cleaning and coding processes.
- Produce regular reports and visual dashboards.
- Support development and refinement of data collection tools, templates, and taxonomies.
- Ensure compliance with data protection, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
- Provide technical support and training to partners on data entry and tool usage.
- Collaborate with communication, protection, and monitoring teams for data triangulation.
- Support liaison with clusters/sectors and ICCG/HCT to share relevant analysis.
- Contribute documentation of lessons learned and good practices in collective accountability data management.
- Perform any other task as reasonably required.
Required Experience
A minimum of two - three years of progressively responsible work experience in humanitarian and development work at the field level is essential. Prior experience in facilitating workshops is advantageous.
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree or certified diploma in communications, social science, international development, law, international studies, human rights, political science, public administration, electronic engineering or a related field is required.
