Overview
The role supports the CROGA team in managing the WBG grievance redress service, focusing on environmental and social risk oversight and complaint handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to the Intake and Evaluation of new complaints, reviewing complaints, preparing Intake reports, and communicating with complainants or Bank task teams.
- Support preparation of monthly Corporate and CMU-specific logs of current GRS cases.
- Support oversight of portfolio cases through oversight and monitoring to provide guidance to operations teams on solution implementations and closure, identify trends and issues in sectors/regions/themes etc.
- Support in the review of management responses, action plans, and monitoring reports for IPN/CAO cases.
- Support Senior Management reviews and reports providing inputs and data.
- Input to the Integrated Risk (IR) Dashboard.
- Develop and deliver regular progress reports, guidance materials, and lessons learned.
- Supporting and contributing to development of high-quality work products.
Required Experience
Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience, including private sector experience in sustainability and E&S risk management. WBG experience a plus.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in social sciences, law, political science, environmental or natural sciences or other relevant discipline.
