Overview

This role supports the Talent Planning and Insights Center of Expertise in delivering talent analytics, data visualization, reporting, and insight generation. The position combines data science, automation, and reporting expertise with the ability to translate analysis into decision-ready insights.


Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct structured and exploratory analysis across talent data sources to generate insights.
  • Apply data storytelling to translate complex data into clear narratives.
  • Develop high-quality presentations, briefs, and summaries for senior audiences.
  • Deliver standard and ad hoc analytical outputs, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting products.
  • Perform data extraction, processing, and analysis.
  • Design and implement automated reporting and data workflows.
  • Develop or support data pipelines and repeatable analytical products.
  • Translate recurring reporting needs into standardized, reusable solutions.
  • Explore and apply AI-enabled tools to streamline analysis and reporting.
  • Contribute to integrated talent insights and reporting products.
  • Act as a bridge between HR, data, and technology teams.
  • Support delivery of analytical components of cross-cutting HR and talent initiatives.
  • Develop practical, user-oriented tools and materials.
Required Experience
  • At least 2 years of relevant, hands-on experience in data analytics, HR analytics, workforce insights, or related fields.
  • Proven experience developing interactive dashboards and analytical products using Power BI.
  • Hands-on experience designing and implementing automated reporting solutions, data pipelines, or workflow automation.
  • Experience applying data science and analytical methods to generate insights from complex datasets.
  • Experience applying generative AI to enhance data analysis, reporting, or workflow automation.
  • Ability to design or contribute to analytical frameworks, models, or tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to connect analysis to business context, key implications, and recommended actions.
Qualifications

Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
